Delphin Singapore Pte Ltd is a piece of crap company in singapore -.- these fuckers , from the salespeople to the management ; are freaking rotten . Bad service . Overpriced product . They force you to accept their demo through various methods of pestering that deserves them a tight SLAP in the face , then after the demo @ your home they just dump the damn product in your house and expect you to pay for that piece of crap .

Before payment persuasion : "....because your mother loves you" ; "...warranty for 25 years." ; "....can return within 4 days for the trial period." what the fuck does my mother loving me got ANYTHING to do with buying a fucking vacuum cleaner ?!

After payment : Smses and calls to return the product to no avail from our 'fantastic' (douchebag bastard) salesperson , Darence Koh ; called the f*ckin' company (with a ready mindset to forfeit the $500 deposit) - and the person who answered my call didn't even ask the boss to call us back for 2 f*ckin' days after she said she would do so ; i finally got fed up and called the other hotline , not the customer service cuz it was apparent that their customer service SUCKS - and arranged for the damn boss to call me by 2.30pm the same day ; 2.40pm still no f*ckin' call , so i called the company AGAIN . Guess what ? "Oh sorry , the in-charge will be out until 4pm" =.= wtf ? Lousy salespeople and lousy boss now too ?! OKAY FINE . I waited till 4pm , and i called them . The person who answered said "..err we're not sure whenhe will be back , so we will ask him to give u a call ." =.= when i FINALLY recieved the damn call , it was like what , 5.15 pm ?! Then the in-charge , Jason ; more or less told me to bring the f*ckin' machine down to their office so that they can settle , although by right they should be the ones picking the piece of shit up ; if not for that asshole failure of a salesman Darence Koh , "...otherwise the salesperson would have a say in the returning of the item.." according to this phailed boss .

Kfine . Want us return your shit ? Can . Fucking friday we brought it all the way down to fucking Bukit Batok , ALL of the staff ignored us ! WTF ! So i approached one of their staff , asked for the incharge , then she said when Jason comes in , she'll tell him . Then when this phail boss came in , this bitch didnt even mention us to him though we were standing right there ! WTF SERIOUSLY ! Boss still can go outside smoking break . All the retarded staff outside their office were all outside , ignoring us and going "..hur hur hur.." like the pieces of worthless trash they all are . So i got pretty pissed , and walked into their staff office area , asked again for the in-charge and THANKFULLY this guy actually did his f*ckin' job . FINALLY after that phail boss comes in and settle our crap , we finally could leave after wasting 1 hour of our time there .
